Participant cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us using the website contact form with your registration email, event name and payment reference. Eligibility and timelines will be assessed against the event-specific terms and applicable law.

Event cancellation or material change

If Anubhav by Manasi cancels an event or makes a material change that affects a participant's ability to attend, the team will contact registered participants with the available options, including applicable refunds.

Payment issues

If a payment is debited but registration is not confirmed, contact us using the website contact form and include the payment reference. Do not send card numbers, PINs or passwords.
